Cheerleader | Dance Fitness Video


This is not a new routine, but I decided to post it since its intensity is mild and therefore very suitable for everyone at the moment. 

Strenuous and intense training is not recommended now that we are quarantined at home and leading mainly a sedentary lifestyle. 

You could include several low intensity workouts like this one per training session, and it would still be perfect and not too much for your body. 


If our training session includes low intensity workouts, we can train for longer time and gradually build endurance.

Anyhow, a dance fitness video like this one, is not only easy, but also so much fun. I recommend you try it at home, preferably with your kids.
