About

OK, firstly, let's clear something up:
You are all babes!
All of you, tall, short, thin, plumpy - all babes.
With that in mind, welcome to my blog darlings!

I'm Eva, fitness trainer and choreographer who enjoys cooking healthy, but delicious meals. I will be your virtual host here at INHALE EXHALE.

For the past ten years, I've been teaching group fitness classes for adults and children, while exploring everything fitness related. I'm a curious cat, always eager to try everything out there, whether it is Aerobics, Tae-Bo, or new trends like Zumba. You name it and the odds are I've implemented it in class already. I learn from mistakes, speak from experience and hope my ways and means can come handy to anyone out there struggling to find balance.

Since the distant 80s, when as a schoolgirl I saw Flashdance and then Dirty Dancing, all I ever wanted was to dance. Well, not all, I've had many passions over the years, some less healthy then others I'm afraid, but since my motherland did not offer many opportunities back then, I never pursued this initial passion of mine professionally. Now, I didn't mean to make you sad babe, regardless of the hardships I've encountered in life, I assure you my story has a happy ending.

What I'm trying to say is that since my earliest childhood, dance stuck to me like bubblegum in hair. There were times when I strayed from the path and times of pink balloons and unicorns - I’ve danced through them all. It was dancing that cheered me up and gave me hope. It is the reason why I incorporate it so much into my workouts - I want my babes to be happy. Plus, there is no better, or rather more joyful way to achieve the cardiovascular endurance than through dancing.

All babes love to dance!
If not in public, then in the privacy of their homes and most certainly in my class.

Having said that, you should expect plenty of dance orientated workout routines in the VIDEOS section - the easy to follow, do it at home kind. Or if you are a fitness instructor feel free to borrow them for your babes in class. Spread the love.

Also, look for toning and flexibility exercises in the BODY section, together with some helpful fitness tips and answers to mind-blowing dilemmas we all sometimes have. Just remember, however difficult it may seem, there’s always at least two solutions to a problem.

I love to cook babe and I come from Macedonia, small agricultural country in the Balkans you’ve most probably never heard of, but we love our organic veggies and fruits. I will be posting recipes for yummy dishes in the FOOD section.

And finally, one cannot speak about overall fitness and leave out the mental well-being. Thus the SOUL section of this blog. There you can find everything from relaxation techniques to recommendations for books, movies or music, or the food for your soul. I am half way through my Masters in English Literature so I promise not to bother you with subtitles. I do most of my reading in English anyway (winks).

That’s about it. Hope I tickled your fancy enough for you to join me on the road to improved, healthier and happier lifestyle, the kind every babe deserves.
